Hi Jack. You had some great articles. Your Opportunity #5 was a good read. I am glad to see standard regulatory laws being enforced. I think sometimes people forgot that the easiest solution is not the best solution. Marinas should be responsible to reinforcing clean up and sound practices for their members or users. Although expensive, simple measures like permits, quality control and inspections are easy and little in comparison violations and fines. Thank you for your post.
